Brass Band Concert – Saturday 9th of July at 7:30 PM

FUNDRAISING – Family Barbeque
We are holding a family barbeque on Saturday 18th June from 5:30 PM. All Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, and their families are invited.
The cost will be £3.00 per ticket or £10.00 for a family of 4. You will receive a burger, hot dog (meat or vegetarian), tea, coffee and juice. Please feel free to bring your own wine/beer. …
EVENT INFO. – Beavers’ Sleepover 2016
I am pleased to be able to pass on information about our Beaver Scouts’ sleepover.
On Friday 15th of July, we are planning a sleepover (in tents – weather permitting) at the Scout Hut. The theme will be 30 years of Beaver Scouts and will include putting up their own tents and a campfire.

Well done to the Cubs that took part in the District Swimming Gala. You all did really well and tried your best… Winning the Team Trophy!
CONGRATULATIONS – Night Hike
Well done to the two Groups of our Scouts that entered the night hike competition. After a good three hours traipsing through mud in the dark… we came first and third!
Maintenance Morning – Thank You
A MASSIVE THANK YOU to everyone that helped out with the maintenance morning following the work on the toilets and kitchen.
It was amazing to see so many people there all busy cleaning, shifting and sorting! There’s still a little more to do(painting and finishing off), so any help at the next maintenance morning would be very much appreciated.
